Tracey Boies was our agent from the Masiello Group. She was super. We could not have hoped for a better experience in the house hunting process and the purchasing of our new home. We have worked with many real estate agents over the years and Tracey is one of the very best. She was responsive, not overly pushy, she listened to our needs and concerns, and as a buyer agent she was definitely looking out for our best interests. She also knows the market in the NH coastal region where we were focusing our search. Another agent that we worked with from the Masiello group was Joel Mac Quade. Joel was also extremely helpful and responsive. He too look out for our best interests and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the NH market. Overall they were a great team. They are professional and we highly recommend them if you are in the market for a home or considering selling your home.

The Tracey Boies Team (Tracey and Joel) were incredible to work with. They were always and consistently professional, patient and attentive to whatever the situation that came up. In many situations where the buyer asked, or even hinted, to a question and/or issue, both Tracey and Joel jumped in quickly to have it resolved. Even in situations where something was clearly my responsibility to deal with (removal of an old grill), they jumped right in and removed it without even having to ask.
